After 30 days, only exchanges will be accepted and are at the discretion of our staff.
If a candle breaks in shipping or a mistake is made on our side we will happily send a replacement for your order. To get a candle resent, please email a photo of the broken candle to email@example.com
All items have different processing times and shipping times. Most products are within 5-7 days. Some are 15-30 days depending on our supplier.
